Gentlemen,
I hope this message finds you all well. We’re now less than a month away from our annual weekend, and I couldn’t be more excited to reconnect with each of you, play a ton of golf, enjoy some drinks and smokes, and make some new memories.
Attendance & Lodging
We currently have 48 full-weekend attendees and will be joined by 2 additional golfers on Saturday for the scramble and meals. That brings our total scramble count to 50 golfers, which gives us a perfect 10 teams of 5 — great numbers!
⚠️ Important: If for any reason you’re not attending, I need to know immediately. At this point, any uncertainty is honestly concerning. We’ve already turned down additional requests to join due to full cabins and the perfect group size — please respect the planning that’s gone into this.
Cabin Update
I’ve spoken with James, and we have all cabins except for 3. We are officially maxed out on lodging, so no further additions will be possible.
Price Updates
As some of you may recall from our recent Zoom call, James has implemented some price increases this year. This is the first adjustment in 17 years, and it’s consistent across all of his hosted weekends — even legacy groups of 40+ years are seeing similar hikes.
Here’s a breakdown of the price changes compared to last year:

Breakdown of Cost Increases:
- Lodging: +$25 per person, per night
- Food: +$5 per person
- Golf: No change – still $50 for unlimited play with cart
While I know some of our rookies were drawn in by the original price point, this still remains an incredible deal — James typically charges $55–$65 per round, so our group rate continues to be a steal.

Welcome & Returnees
We’re excited to welcome 4 rookies this year, along with 3 returning members rejoining us after a brief hiatus. Let’s make sure we give them a proper welcome (and of course, a little “initiation”).
